Post completion of your house sale your conveyancer should send the transfer deeds and all additional paperwork to the buyer’s lawyers. If applicable, your lawyer should also send confirmation that the home loan has been paid off to the purchasers solicitors. There is unlikely to be post completion steps just for conveyancing in Northwick Park.
My Conveyancer in Northwick Park is not listed on the Approved Panel. Is it possible for me to retain my prefered solicitor notwithstanding that they are excluded from the panel of approved conveyancing solicitors?
